  • Current owner IB Parks & Entertainment, which acquired the property at a 2021 foreclosure auction for roughly $2.37 million, is actively seeking a new buyer.
  • Founded in 1907 as a trolley park by state Assembly member Theodore B. Gibbs and his sons, the site operated for 119 years.
  • The 52-acre amusement and water park survived a destructive fire in 1931 and featured iconic rides like the Hellcat wooden roller coaster and the Jack Rabbit.
  • Park management thanked generations of families and said it will share more details about the sale as they develop.
