The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has been ordered to produce Afolabi Kazeem Micheal, the socialite popularly known as ‘KC Luxury’, in court.
The order was issued by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Thursday.
The order follows the NDLEA’s failure to formally charge and arraign him after 14 days in custody.
Recall that on August 18, 2026, the NDLEA announced the arrest of the Lagos-based socialite over a 184.5kg cocaine consignment valued at about N39 billion.
