Nigerian midfielder, Anthony Dennis has joined United Arab Emirates, UAE, club, Al Jazira from Turkish outfit, Göztepe, DAILY POST reports.
Al Jazira announced the 22-year-old’s arrival on its official X account.
“The wait is over! Officially: Al Jazira Club completes the signing of the young midfielder Anthony Dennis and registers him as a resident player,” the club stated.
The talented midfielder joined Göztepe from HB Academy Abuja in January 2023.
Dennis initially started with the club’s U-19 side before he was promoted to the first team.

He made his senior and professional debut for Göztepe in a 1–1 TFF First League draw against Çorum on January 27, 2024, and was subsequently promoted to Göztepe’s senior side.
The former Super Eagles invitee extended his contract with Göztepe in May 2024 until 2027, after helping the club earn promotion to the Süper Lig for the 2024–25 season.
Dennis registered five goals and two assists in 83 appearances across all competitions for Göz Göz.
