Cameroon have won the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, WAFCON, for the first time in their history.
The Indomitable Lionesses thrashed debutants, Malawi 3-0 in Sunday’s final.
They have now been crowned champions after several weeks of thrilling football in Morocco.
Following a memorable tournament, several players and teams were recognised for their outstanding performances.
The individual awards were dominated by Cameroon as expected.
