Emily Atack has been a familiar face on TV ever since she made her breakthrough as Charlotte Hinchcliffe in The Inbetweeners back in 2008.
Since then, the nation has followed the star through various ventures including Almost Never, her stints on Dancing on Ice and I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, and her role as Team Captain on Celebrity Juice, reports the Daily Star.
And 2026 promises to be another jam-packed year for the actress, with Emily lined up to present ITV‘s quiz show Nobody’s Fool alongside Danny Dyer, while also appearing in the Disney+ drama Rivals.

Alistair pursued Astrophysics and Computer Science at Keele University, before continuing his academic journey at Manchester University and later Sheffield.
According to his LinkedIn profile, he is a “materials scientist and electron microscopist specialising in the degradation of high performance alloys for nuclear and aerospace applications”.
The couple’s history actually stretches back to childhood, as Alistair’s late father was wed to Emily’s mum’s sister.
Their relationship flourished after Emily and Alistair rekindled their connection as grown-ups, with the pair becoming an item in 2022.

In late 2023, Emily announced she was pregnant with her first baby with Alistair.
Sharing a sweet snap showcasing her blossoming bump on Instagram, she revealed to fans: “I’m delighted to share with you all that we’re having a baby!!
“I’ve never been so happy and utterly terrified at the same time… Every day is mixed with thrill, fear, joy, hysteria, topped off with a lot of vomiting – a bit like when you’ve just stepped off of the Oblivion at Alton Towers on a hangover.”
Last June, she announced the birth of her son Barney James Garner, declaring: “All my dreams have come true.”

The actress and scientist Alistair got engaged last year.
Emily broke the news to her Instagram followers, uploading a picture of the couple basking in the sunshine, her engagement ring prominently displayed as her hand rested on his chest.
“It’s Friday, I’m in love,” she captioned.
While no date has been set in stone, Emily has confirmed she’s stuck into preparations for her special day.
“It’s going to be lovely,” she revealed to Hello magazine. “I’ve really enjoyed planning it. It’s going to be three days of joy with all my favourite people; it’s going to be chaos.”
