Kris Jenner appeared to have an awkward reunion with one of her daughter’s exes while on the red carpet at the Met Gala last night.
The momager, 70, could be seen catching up with Kim Kardashian, 45, on their way into the exclusive bash, held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, when Bad Bunny stopped by to say hi.
In a video making the rounds on social media, the Monaco singer – who dated Kendall Jenner – took the opportunity to approach the pair, leaning into the business woman for a hug.
While Kris responded by clutching the 32-year-old’s arm, she looked awkwardly around, seemingly not knowing how to react. In her defence, she may have had trouble recognising him as he was dressed head-to-toe in prosthetics, looking like a much older version of himself in a unique bid to stay on theme for the annual gala.

Elsewhere in the short clip, shared on CNN’s TikTok page, he brushed off the interaction and also had a quick catch up with Kim, before the trio walked away.
Fans immediately flocked to social media to dissect the bizarre interaction, with a Reddit user questioning: “Did they not recognise him or something???” Another replied: “100% they have no idea who it is and I think he knows which is why he did that lol.”
“Kris Jenner is just living her best life, awkward hugs and all. She really is the queen of being everywhere at once,” a fan on Twitter quipped, as one added: ” That awkward side hug while he’s rocking futuristic glam with Kim is pure Met Gala chaos.
“Kris stays the ultimate unbothered mom, even years after the Kendall chapter. Celebrity ex family reunions are next level polite.”

Benito was briefly linked to Kendall in 2023, before they went their separate ways months later. They later sparked rumours of a reconciliation the following year, but have both now moved on.
There is thought to be no bad blood between the former couple, as the model was in the stands to watch the SuperBowl in California in February, where her former beau performed the coveted half time show.
She has since been linked to actor Jacob Elordi, with an insider claiming they were seen kissing at Coachella last month.

“They have been together for a couple of months already, and it’s going well,” a source told the Daily Mail. “They were an item as far back as early February, so it’s been a while. It helps that they have both been in Los Angeles a lot for the past couple of months, it has really given them time to bond.”
Although neither have spoken publicly over the reports, it was suggested that Kylie Jenner was responsible for connecting the pair. The insider teased: “Kylie was around Jacob a lot during Timothee’s award season marathon because Jacob was nominated for Frankenstein and Timothee was nominated for Marty Supreme.”

“Kenny’s house is where all the parties happen, a lot of action there, so the four of them got close there,” they added. “And Kenny found out she just clicked with Jacob… there was chemistry.”
