Arsenal will finally get their hands on the Premier League title today after being crowned champions on Tuesday following Manchester City’s draw with Bournemouth.

However, there is plenty on the line elsewhere on the final day of the season. Tottenham Hotspur have their destiny in their hands with a two-point cushion over West Ham United in a battle to avoid relegation.

The Hammers need to win and hope Everton are victorious in north London if they are to avoid slipping into the second tier for the first time since 2011-12.

At the other end of the table, the Champions League places are almost filled but Liverpool and under-pressure boss Arne Slot need to avoid defeat at home to Brentford to book their place in Europe’s premier competition next season.

Aston Villa’s Europa League triumph has opened up the opportunity for six teams in the elite competition. However, for that to happen they need to finish fifth and that would open the door for Bournemouth or Brighton to join the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain next season.

Brentford and Sunderland have faint hopes of a European place with the prospect of usurping Chelsea in eighth. The Bees are level on points with their fellow Londoners going into the final day while the Black Cats are just one point behind.

There’s a lot at stake and plenty on the line for clubs across the division and you can follow all the action from Mirror Football here…

England’s top-flight is almost over and there is a new name on the trophy, well new-ish after Arsenal ended their 22-year wait to reach the summit of English football.

What a day we have in store with subplots across the division, whether it’s European qualification, relegation or farewells, we will have it all.
