Wine enthusiasts looking for a day devoted entirely to their favourite tipple are in for a treat. Naked Wines UK has just launched tickets for its highly anticipated tasting tour, set to visit locations across the UK this summer.
The Naked Wines Tasting Tour (£35pp) will take place from Friday 11 June to Saturday 20 June, calling at Belfast, Glasgow and Edinburgh before making its way south through England and concluding in London.
It’s an uncommon opportunity for wine fans to get acquainted with the makers behind the bottles, with approximately 30 independent winemakers serving, mingling and recounting the tales behind their creations. Obviously, there will be chances to sample the wines available before making any purchases as well.

Beyond all the sampling, the tour revives one of its most beloved hands-on features: the Blending Lab. Here, visitors can get stuck in and collaborate with the Tofterup brothers (aka Danish-born winemakers David and Jonas Tofterup) to craft a white wine blend from the ground up.
There’s more on the line than simply boasting rights, too. The person behind the top blend will proceed to co-create a wine with the brothers, with the finished bottle subsequently sold through Naked Wines, reports the Express.

There are also several bonuses included with the ticket cost. Current Naked Wines members will get £35 off every 12 bottles they buy on the day, up to the complete value of their ticket. Meanwhile, newcomers who register at the event can receive £45 off their first order.
Beyond Naked Wines, there are plenty of other wine-tasting experiences to explore. The Bolney Wine Estate in West Sussex offers a Pairing Tour and Tasting for £30pp, which includes a guided tour of the Estate and a tasting session featuring a selection of its award-winning wines and locally sourced cheeses.
