Since 2020, the revived series of All Creatures Great and Small has won over the nation with the ups and downs of James Herriot (Nicholas Ralph).
The sixth series of the beloved period drama concluded at the end of last year, with production for the upcoming instalment already in full swing.
While there’s no confirmed date for when audiences can expect to return to Darrowby, the programme has announced an exciting chance for viewers to become involved with the Channel 5 show.
They revealed the news by posting a video of Nicholas, Rachel Shenton, Samuel West, Callum Woodhouse and Anna Madeley all in character opening letters.

The caption read: “Calling all fans of All Creatures Great and Small. Ever wanted to write to an All Creatures cast member? Now’s your chance.”
“Selected letters may be shared with the cast and featured in promotional video content for the series. Please note: submission does not guarantee inclusion.”
The post provided people with the address to send their correspondence to, alongside sharing other terms and conditions, reports the Express.
It continued: “This is open only to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 and older. Please do not include any confidential or sensitive personal information or any other information that you would wish to remain private and not to be broadcast to the general public. We can’t wait to hear from you.”
It wasn’t long before viewers flooded the post with comments, with countless fans expressing their enthusiasm about the prospect of helping to publicise the new series.
One person gushed: “Omg omg omg.” Another chimed in: “Just hearing the music lightens my heart.” Though numerous fans pointed out that the chance ought to extend beyond UK borders.
One devotee remarked: “So many things to ask, it’s a wonderful idea, but it should be open to every fan, not just the UK-based.” As another lamented: “Only for UK residents…”
