Super Eagles midfielder, Usman Mohammed has joined Israeli side, Maccabi Bnei Reineh, DAILY POST reports.

Usman, who linked up with Lior Reuven’s side on free transfer, penned a two-year contract.

The 32-year-old recently left another Israeli club Ironi Tiberias following the expiration of his contract.

The player is making a return to Maccabi Bnei Reineh following his previous stint with the club from 2023 to 2025.

Mohammed scored three goals in 63 league appearances for the club during that spell.

The former Taraba United star was a member of the U-23 Eagles that won bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

He was also part of the Super Eagles squad to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
