God only solution to insecurity in Nigeria – Kumuyi

The General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor William F. Kumuyi, has said only God is the solution to Nigeria’s security challenges.

Addressing newsmen after paying a courtesy visit to Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, at the Government House, Kumuyi urged Nigerians to seek God’s intervention in addressing the insecurity confronting the country.

The visit was part of activities lined up for the week-long Global Crusade in Gboko and Otukpo Local Government Areas of the state.

“God remains the ultimate solution to the nation’s challenges. We know that, when bad things happen, there are people who are responsible for it, but the people are not the solution. God is our problem solver,” he said.

Speaking during the visit, the Deputy Governor, Sam Ode, who represented the governor, said Benue is richly endowed with agricultural and human resources.

Ode added that the administration of Governor Hyacinth Alia remains committed to building a peaceful, united and inclusive state where everyone can thrive.
