Henson, who runs a farm in the Cotswolds near Clarkson’s Diddly Squat, believes the show has brought farming to a new audience.
Clarkson bought the 1000-acre Cotswolds farm in 2008 and took over its management in 2019, developing it into Diddly Squat farm with a shop and pub.
The latest series of Clarkson’s Farm has featured emotional moments, including Clarkson’s distress over sending pigs to slaughter due to financial viability.
Other events in the current series include Clarkson’s health scare and his burning of an effigy of Keir Starmer in protest of a proposed inheritance tax hike.
