Iran‘s foreign ministry condemned alleged US attacks on an Iranian oil tanker and a telecommunications tower, accusing Kuwait and Bahrain of allowing the US to use their territory for these actions.
Tehran stated that these alleged US actions violated a ceasefire understanding and international law, holding Kuwait and Bahrain directly responsible.
The escalation occurs amidst conflicting statements regarding US-Iran talks, with president Donald Trump claiming continuous communication, while Tehran stated negotiations ended days ago.
