Major airports across the UK have faced flight disruptions and travellers should brace for the impact as they prepare to jet off to these travel hotspots.
Operations have been affected at major hubs including London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester and Edinburgh airports. At least 19 departures have been affected across these airports.
Disruptions are not limited to a single region or airline but span multiple international networks involving Europe and North America, Travel and Tour World reported.
Flights to Malaga, Barcelona, Geneva, Milan, Stockholm, New York and Washington, among others, have all been affected.
