Seasoning sold at Walmart across US recalled over possible contamination
Blackstone Parmesan ranch seasoning sold at Walmart recalled over salmonella risk
Blackstone Parmesan Ranch seasoning sold at Walmart stores nationwide and on the Blackstone Products website has been recalled due to potential salmonella contamination.
The recall affects 7.3-ounce bottles with product number 4106, specific Best If Used By dates between July 2, 2027, and August 12, 2027, and lot numbers 2025-43282, 2025-46172, and 2026-54751.
The contamination risk originates from a dry milk powder ingredient, previously recalled by California Dairies, Inc., which was used in the seasoning.
No illnesses have been reported to date, but customers are advised to dispose of the recalled product immediately and contact Blackstone Products for a replacement.
This recall is linked to a broader issue, as the same potentially contaminated dry milk powder has led to recalls of other products, including SKS Copack beverages, Kroger croutons and various frozen pizzas sold at Aldi and Walmart.
