Arsenal supporters have descended upon the Emirates Stadium following their maiden Premier League title win in 22 years. They were joined by club legend Ian Wright.
The Gunners had secured their part of the bargain on Monday night, defeating Burnley 1-0 at the Emirates, before turning their attention to the South Coast, where Manchester City faced Bournemouth. Anything short of a City victory would see Mikel Arteta’s men crowned champions.
Eli Junior Kroupi curled the ball into the far corner of Gianluigi Donnarumma’s net in the 40th minute to send Arsenal into ecstasy – City salvaged a draw through Erling Haaland, but it wasn’t enough for Pep Guardiola’s side as Arsenal clinched the championship.

In one video, recorded outside the Armoury, Arsenal supporters can be seen bouncing arm-in-arm while embracing one another. Meanwhile, in another clip, a flare illuminates the night sky in red as chants of “champions, champions, ole, ole, ole,” ring out.
Pictures show club legend Wright joining in the celebrations. The former striker was a key part of the 1997/98 Premier League winning Arsenal squad.
