- The former glamour model broke her silence on YouTube after initially claiming Lee was taking a break from social media due to trolling. She said: “The truth is, Lee has been missing for three days.”
- Lee was supposed to fly to the UK to appear on Good Morning Britain but never made his flight despite sending a video from the airport. His location went off at 10:03pm on Wednesday night near the Dubai border.
- Katie’s last contact with Lee was a disturbing FaceTime call where he appeared with a hood on and his hands tied. She said: “He had ties around his hand, not handcuffs, and a hood, and he said ‘Look, they’re coming back for me,’ that is the last FaceTime call I had.”
- Dubai police are now reportedly helping with the search, but there are no records of Lee being arrested or detained anywhere in the emirate. Katie said she was “really worried” and “deflated” by the situation.
- Lee had previously been issued a travel ban preventing him from leaving the UAE, which Katie had dismissed earlier in the week on her podcast.
