Cape Verde goalkeeper, Vozinha, has been nominated for the 2026 Ballon d’Or Men’s Goalkeeper of the Year.
Vozinha made the list released on Tuesday, following his exploits for Cape Verde during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The 40-year-old will compete with Argentina’s Emiliano Martínez, Senegal’s Édouard Mendy and eight other goalkeepers for the prize.
The winner of the award will be announced next month in London.
