- The suspect was arrested at his home in west London on suspicion of attempted grievous bodily harm and drug offences.
- The original incident involved a 33-year-old woman who was shoved into the path of a double-decker bus on Putney Bridge.
- The victim avoided fatal injury due to the quick reflexes of the bus driver, who swerved at the last moment.
- The Met Police previously closed the investigation in 2018 after interviewing more than 50 men and making three arrests without charging anyone.
