Former Big Brother Naija housemate Kess has said the reality show makes life more difficult for contestants after they leave the house, with the competition continuing beyond the programme.
Kess made the statement in a post on X while reflecting on the experience of former housemates after their time on the show.
“Big Brother makes your life harder. Winner or not, the moment you leave that house, you’re dealing with a version of life that is far more complicated than the one you left behind,” he wrote.
Kess said former housemates may receive words of encouragement after leaving the show, but they still have to compete for attention and opportunities.
