Niger Tornadoes have received a cash boost ahead of their opening fixture of the 2026-27 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season against Enyimba.
The Ikon Allah Boys will square up against the nine-time NPFL champions at the Bako Kotangora Stadium in Minna on Sunday.
The State Sports Commission Chairman, Danjuma Abdul Masu, has promised a N2 million winning bonus for the players.
As part of immediate support, Masu also presented N500,000 to the players and technical crew to boost their morale ahead of the encounter.
