Talstack Introduces Time Off as It Builds Broader People Management System

Talstack is continuing the expansion of its people management platform with the introduction of Time Off, a leave management module that helps organisations manage leave requests, simplify approvals, improve workforce visibility and support compliance.

The product is part of Talstack’s work to develop a broader AI-enabled Human Resources Management System (HRMS) covering the people management spectrum from recruiting and onboarding through to employee exit.

The Talstack platform already integrates Performance Management and Learning. Its existing capabilities allow organisations to set and track goals, align company priorities, run 360-degree reviews and appraisals, capture ongoing feedback between colleagues, and deploy training programmes using a pre-built content catalogue or their own content.

Time Off is designed to replace spreadsheets, emails, forms and messages commonly relied on to manage employee time away from work, including vacation, sick leave and parental leave.

Through the module, employees will be able to submit and track requests for leave or other time off and view their available balances. Managers will be able to assess requests while maintaining team coverage through improved visibility, while administrators can configure leave policies according to organisational requirements.

All requests, approvals and balance updates will also be recorded in one place, supporting more consistent records, clearer reporting, compliance processes and internal reviews or audits.

“With each new product we build at Talstack, we spend countless hours with users to deeply understand where existing platforms fall short. Whether you track leave requests manually, use spreadsheets or HR software, Talstack’s Time Off module will likely surpass your expectations for its simplicity and ease of use,” said Seni Sulyman, Co-Founder and CEO of Talstack.

Time Off will be available from 27 August 2026.
