Zelensky condemns Russian ‘terror’ after deadly strikes across Ukraine
  • Bradley Townsend, 33, from Barnsley, South Yorkshire, is reported to be the first British national killed while fighting for Russia in Ukraine.

  • Friends and family expressed shock at his actions, with reports indicating he had initially told relatives he was travelling to Romania.
  • The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office stated it is aware of the reports regarding his death and is in contact with his family.
