Victor Osimhen has become the third-highest scoring foreign player in Galatasaray’s history.
According to Forza Cimbom, the Nigerian striker achieved this feat after scoring a brace in Galatasaray’s 4-0 victory against Erzurumspor on Friday.
Osimhen’s brace against Erzurumspor means he has now scored 62 goals and registered 16 assists in 76 matches for Galatasaray so far.
The 27-year-old is only behind Mauro Icardi and Gheorghe Hagi on the list.
Icardi netted 77 goals in 134 matches for Galatasaray, while Hagi scored 72 goals in 192 matches.
Osimhen sits in third place, and he is ahead of fourth-place Milan Baros, who scored 61 goals in 116 matches for Galatasaray.
Galatasaray will face Göztepe in their match at Rams Park on August 29.
