Manchester United have agreed a £70m deal for Brighton midfielder, Carlos Baleba.
The deal for Baleba is worth £65m plus £5m in add-ons.
The Seagulls have also inserted a sell-on clause in the deal.
Baleba is expected to sign a five-year contract with United and will undergo his medical in the next 24 hours.
The Cameroon international will be the Red Devils’ third midfield signing of the window, after Youri Tielemans and Andrey Santos.
United have had a long-standing interest in the midfielder, dating back to his time at Lille.
