Belgian club, Zulte Waregem have announced the signing of Nigerian youngster, Maliq Musa, DAILY POST reports.
De Boeren signed Musa from Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, outfit, Ikorodu City.
Zulte Waregem beat Spanish giants, Barcelona and a number of other top European clubs to the youngster’s signature.
The young Nigerian will start with Jong Essevee (U-23 side), where he will continue his development and adapt to Belgian football before pushing for a place in the senior team.
Musa made nine league appearances for Ikorodu City last season, registering one goal and one assist.
He has already started training with his new teammates.
