Radio DJ wrongly reports King Charles’ death, panics, then runs away

- Ofcom noted that the clarification took around 30 minutes to broadcast after the presenter panicked and left the premises.
- Radio Caroline confirmed the responsible staff member had been reprimanded and apologised, and the sensitive files have been removed from the studio computer.
