Believe Me continued this evening, but it won’t be airing tomorrow night as fans might have hoped.
ITV true crime drama Believe Me has made its long-awaited debut with the four-part series taking a deep dive into “how the Metropolitan Police failed to thoroughly investigate the allegations” made against “black cab rapist” John Worboys.
The first episode, which mostly focussed on a woman called Sarah, whose identity has been protected by the series, aired last night, Sunday, May 10, on ITV.
Sarah (played by Aimee-Ffion Edwards) was shown getting into John Worboys’ (Daniel Mays) taxi, where he handed her a drug-laced drink, causing her to become unconscious.
Episode two airs tonight, Monday, May 11, but fans will have to wait a little longer for the rest of the series to air.
