Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho has introduced four new rules inside the dressing room.
Mourinho returned for his second stint at the LaLiga club this summer.
According to AS, the 63-year-old discovered several bad habits in the Madrid dressing room and has enforced changes.
The first rule is that players no longer have the freedom to eat whatever they want.
Mourinho has also insisted that nutrition will be handed by a nutritionist, who will dictate the menus in a structured method.
There will also be solitary gym time for any player who shows up late to training.
Another law in place is that injury recovery must take place at the training ground, supervised by the club, not away from the team with external staff.
