A job opportunity at a Lochside spa on a stunning 250-acre estate in Perthshire has become available with provided accommodation for workers.

Loch Rannoch Hotel and Estate is a charming four star resort in Pitlochry in a remote location with an award winning spa and wellness centre.

The estate is looking to hire a full time spa therapist and the position comes with some excellent added benefits including a £1000 sign up bonus.

The role, which offers live in accommodation and has limited public transport, requires their chosen candidate to deliver massages, facials and beauty treatments to a high standard.

It’s also essential to provide a calm and welcoming guest experience as well as excellent aftercare. Some admin work will also be included in the role for bookings and enquiries.

The listing states: “If you’re a warm, professional therapist who loves delivering exceptional treatments, we’d love to meet you.”

It adds that the role is ideal for someone ‘ who enjoys the outdoors’.

The role is full time with a minimum of 32 hours a week and a daily pay of between £15.50 – £17.00 an hour depending on experience.

The live-in position with on-site parking comes with multiple perks including free meals on shift and complimentary use of all leisure facilities including the pool, gym, water sports, bikes and indoor climbing wall.

The chosen candidate will receive 28 days holiday as well a discount on hotel stays for family members at their two hotels in Perthshire.

Pension contributions, training and development and staff events are also listed underneath the benefits.

The job listing states that weekend availability is also required but rotas are made in advance.

In order to be considered, candidates must have 2 years experience as a spa therapist and a NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or Massage qualification.

It adds that general IT skills are also required and the chosen applicant will be trained on the job using the Scottish brand, Ishga, which the spa use for their treatment services.
