Burnham offers Zelensky new support for Ukraine in war against drones

- New Prime Minister Andy Burnham is set to host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday, reaffirming the UK’s steadfast support for Ukraine.
- During the visit, Burnham will announce that Britain will transfer the intellectual property of its ‘Stone Cloak’ electronic warfare system to Ukraine, allowing for its mass production.
- The tablet-sized ‘Stone Cloak’ device, designed to jam Russian drone detection, has already been supplied in thousands to Ukrainian forces by the Ministry of Defence.
- This British-developed technology, proven on the frontline, is also slated for integration into the UK’s next generation of long-range strike weapons, such as Project Brakestop.
- The two leaders will also meet over 200 Ukrainian military personnel who have been training in the UK as part of Exercise Sea Breeze, enhancing their warfighting capabilities.
