Former Arsenal star, Martin Keown, has named three signings his old club should make this summer transfer window.

Arsenal won the English Premier League title last season ahead of Manchester City.

The Gunners are keen to bolster their manager Mikel Arteta’s squad ahead of the new season and want the Premier League North London club to sign a left winger, striker and midfielder.

Speaking on talkSPORT, Keown said, “I think Arsenal need another midfield player, someone who can control things. I think they need a left winger.

“You could say, they might go into the transfer market for a striker – I would not put it past them.

“Most players will want to sign for Arsenal, but the most important thing is to get the people who are successful to re-sign their contracts.”
