- The footage depicts a white vehicle being circled by agents, then rammed by a white SUV, before agents surrounded it and pulled a motionless individual out.
- The US Department of Homeland Security stated an ICE officer fired his weapon ‘fearing for public safety’ while attempting to stop a vehicle during surveillance of an ‘illegal alien’.
- This incident marks the second time in a week that ICE has used deadly force against a migrant.
